Internet Maniac

I'm tired as hell and my eyes are so strained yet here I am can't stop surfing the net. Sometimes I wonder what's it about internet that makes it so...addicting. When people get hooked into surfing online and even at the back of their mind they know that they have to stop and do whatever that needs to be done sometimes we can't help but fall on this obsession trap. Wherein, we can't help but keep on doing what we're doing online and postpone all the other things that we're SUPPOSED to work on. We act like it's as if internet will be gone tomorrow and we savour every second spent online visiting as much websites as we can and exploring new things to do online. It's really strange to think how engaged we can get when it comes to internet and when you think about it 90% of the time you spend online you're doing the most pointless things ever. We visit pages or engage in online activities that were actually made to kill boredom. This is what we're all so busy about most of the time. Other people can stay online the entire day and do nothing but surf online or update minute by minute their social networking accounts like it's their professional career. Funny right? No matter how lame it is, we just can't stop. That's who we are, slaves for technology and we're loving it.
